Program Policies


Upon booking for any course, 50% of the class fee is required; remaining balance is due on the first day of class. Fees / deposits are non-refundable. GST added to fees.

Professional attire and white lab jacket is required for all courses. Students are required to bring a change of footware for classes during winter months.

Students are responsible for providing their own models when required. Please inform models that children are not permitted, as we are a learning environment. A model list can be provided if needed.

Model fees apply for those courses requiring models. Fee structure will be given upon course enrollment.

Students should bring paper / note book, pen, pencil and highlighter to class. A 30 minute lunch break will be given for a full class day. Students are welcome to bring a lunch with them.

Upon completion of a certified course, a practical and theory exam will be administered. Students must achieve 70% on theory and 80% on the practical exam in order to receive a certificate. Students will not be permitted to participate in the exam if quotas are not complete.

An Honors Certificate will be issued to students achieving 90% in both theory and practical exam.

A $250 fee applies for redoing or rescheduling an exam or course date.

Courses include all in class training supplies, unless otherwise noted.

All class and workshop dates are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class.

Class hours are from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted. Please be on time and prepared for class.
