This intensive 5 day Laser Hair Removal program is designed for students with no prior laser experience. The course objective is to thoroughly learn permanent laser hair removal on all areas of the body while focusing on safety for clientele by having a clear understanding of all skin types and protocols. Students will be trained on all medical-grade Class 3b and Class 4 equipment, including the gold standard 810nm Diode laser, 1064nm ND: Yag laser and IPL intense pulsed light hair removal. This course will teach, prepare and qualify the student with the knowledge and comprehensive protocols to feel confident and ready to work with any Laser or IPL unit that they will be presented with.
Graduates of this program will leave with the certainty of knowing they have the correct equipment settings to ensure results and a successful outcome for their clients. In addition, the student will have full confidence in knowing their treatment protocols uphold the highest safety standards for their patients. Students will obtain substantial knowledge in the business side of the laser industry, which will be particularly beneficial for those looking to start their own laser clinic. This 2 day course is designed for the Esthetic professional or tattoo artist wanting to begin or further their laser training in Tattoo Removal. The course objective is to educate students in the art of Laser Tattoo Removal on all areas of the body. Students will receive comprehensive theory training, including anatomy and biology of the skin and the history of tattooing. Thermal, chemical and mechanical methods of tattoo removal are studied. Students will be introduced to Nd:YAG (1064) and (532) Q-switch nano-second format lasers. A final focus on treatment pricing, tips, contraindications, complications, pre and post skin care and room set up will be reviewed.
