Hybrid Structure: Students will be required to complete an online theory component before and during the course. Training at the school will be focused on achieving strong practical proficiency in Eyelash Extensions.
Master the technique for applying classic eyelash extensions. This certified course (taught in a hybrid format) covers an overview of eyelash extensions, products to use for application, health and safety and client preparation. Students will learn the complete application process including: lash selection, solution, bonding, framing, removal and troubleshooting. Client after care, product knowledge, recommended service charge, marketing tips and tools will also be reviewed. Students will receive hands on practical training applying extensions on a model under the supervision of a Master Level Trainer. Models required for class.
ONLINE OPTION
Module 1 - Theory
View the recorded theory lecture and read the manual on the online platform (Moodle). Access to class will begin 2 weeks prior to Day 1.
Module 2 - Demonstration Video
View/Review as many times as you need the demonstration video. This will provide you with an example of what the service looks like and what you should aim to replicate. The in person class structure has students practicing on 3 models for 3 hours each. It is recommended that online students factor in time to practice on models before beginning the quotas.
Module 3 - Mandatory Q&A
This session will be set up by your instructor based on your cohorts availability. It is an opportunity to meet your instructor and review course requirements & kit contents.
Students must complete 7 eyelash extension quotas outside of class and submit before & after pictures of their quotas within 12 weeks to earn certification.

Volume eyelash application is the next step after basic eyelash extension training. This course, taught in a hybrid format will teach you multiple ways of applying volume eyelash extensions. By adding this to your menu, you will be able to provide the most innovative and desired lash services. This course provides you with the skills of applying extreme, light volume on each individual natural lash and will exceed the expectations of your most particular clients. By offering volume eyelash extensions you will expand your customer base and increase revenues. After completion of this course you will be confident performing the glamorous and dramatic volume eyelash extension service. You will learn multiple styling effects and suitable shapes for every eye form, being able to customize your service for each client. About Volume Eyelash Extensions This technique involves placing 2 – 5 lashes to individual natural lashes, creating a 3 dimensional lash effect. As a result, you are able to provide extreme lash volume, without weight. You will learn how to apply 2D and 3 – 5D clusters to each natural eyelash for an intensely dramatic, feather-like effect. Volume lashes last up to 2 months, with refills serviced every 3 – 4 weeks. This technique is known for being the longest lasting on the market!

Students will review theory training and see a step by step lash lift demo.
A model is required 1.5 hours after the start time of this workshop. Model is needed for approximately 1 hour.

Recorded Instructor Demo - Your training provides a complete, step-by-step training of the entire Lash Lift service. By completing this online workshop, you will be certified in Lash Lift just the same way as you would if you took your training at the school.
Brand product Demo - Students will be able to review an additional manufacturer demo provided to support your learning as well as a Lash Lift Tip Sheet.
Module 2 - Lash Lift Quota Required
Students will be required to perform one Lash Lift treatment on a client before you receive certification. Students must submit a before, during and after photo of your Lash Lift service in order to receive certification.
Module 3 - Q&A Session (optional)
Students will be offered private live Question & Answer interactive video conferencing sessions via Moodle with the instructor at your request. The purpose of this session is to review the online workshop after you have had an opportunity to review the theory and practical portion.

This highly effective and safe procedure allows individuals to enhance the appearance of their lashes. It is specifically formulated to correct eyelashes natural wave and provide a beautiful lift to the natural lash. Eyelash Perming is an excellent and easy addition to your Esthetic services menu. This workshop will teach you the step-by-step, simple method of Eyelash Perming with perfect results! Model required for the entire duration of the workshop.

Module 3 - Practical Quota Submission
Product Kit will be shipped to you for both services and in order to be certified, you will need to submit ONE before, during and after photo of Lash Perming/Tint and a Brow Tint on a model; you can use the same client for all 3. You will be required to submit the images by following the Google Drive instructions.

Moodle access for this class will end once you complete your course. If your exam is listed for a certain date, you will have access to the class until your exam or course is complete (whichever is first). Online students will have 30 days to complete this course.

This workshop will provide you with the knowledge and step by step procedure of the effective and safe application of lash and brow tints. Students will receive practical hands-on training working with an exceptional tinting system called RefectoCil. This tint contains safe ingredients for eyes and is Health Canada approved.
